The NeoCouture brand and Pavluchenko Atelier were founded in 2005.
NeoCouture - these are capsule collections, with a style that is always fashionable, allowing you to create an intelligent wardrobe. The quality of fabrics and the tailoring level of the collection are the fundamental basis for our design. Each model is made by our seamstresses in the Atelier in Bielsko-Biała. We sew collections in limited series.
