Collection: Roma Fashion Week
The Eternal City enthusiastically welcomed Natasha Pavluchenko's latest collection WINGS presented at the show in Rome. The Polish designer, illustrator and designer, who works in Bielsko-Biała, opened the international evening of the Roman fashion festival, organized by International Couture. The artist presented her collection in Rome for the eleventh time. Invited many years ago by Sylwia
Fendi to participate in the Alta Roma shows, Natasha Pavluchenko has already gained recognition
among Roman fashion experts. Natasha's creations are an example of refined tailoring, appreciated by lovers of haute couture, as well as art and design.
The female silhouettes proposed by Natasha Pavluchenko exude strength and self-confidence, and at the same time airiness and etherealness. The main theme of this year's International Couture show was the figure of the Cumaean Sibyl, one of the most important prophetic figures in Greek and Roman religions. According to legend, the Sibyl came to Italy from Greece or Persia. Michelangelo Buonarotti presented his idea of this priestess of the oracle of Apollo in Cumae, located in the Italian region of Campania, in the frescoes in the Sistine Chapel in the Vatican. In addition to the Polish representative, the show was also attended by designers from Italy, Lebanon and Morocco. The visualizations of Natasha Pavluchenko's fashion show, appearing in the spaces of the monumental Salone delle Colonne, decorated with columns made of Carrara marble, used photographs by Diana Błażków, taken in the Cavatina Hall in Bielsko-Biała.
