When will my order be processed?

We will process your order in our database on the day we receive the payment.

How is my order shipped?

All orders are sent via a courier. Customer should check the shipment upon delivery. In case of any loss or damage fill a damage report that should be signed by you and the courier, and let us know immediately.

Customer will bear all costs of exchange made by him. will bear all costs of return shipping and will reimburse the cost of goods. In case of any complaint, will reimburse the costs of return shipping immediately after acceptance of the complaint.

What documents should be included in the shipment package?

The money will be refunded within 14 days after completion of return/complaint procedure, to the customer’s bank account specified in the return/complaint.
